Container Status Inland Carrier Import 

This service shows you the current status of one or more containers at the terminals of ECT by entering a container prefix, number and a correct release number (pincode).

Authorisation
To get this service you have to request for authorisation for the service ‘Container Status Inland Carrier’. Herefor you have to be registered to ECT.nl. After requesting for authorisation the request will be send to ECT and will be handled within a couple of days. If you have been authorised a mail will be send to you.

After you are authorised and logged in you can find this service under menu ‘My services’ and then ‘Tracking & tracing’.

Selection
You can make your own selection to obtain the information you are interested in, by means of the following items:

  • Terminal
  • Container prefix/number
  • Pincode (release number)

After making the selection and pushing the ‘Go’ button the following data will be displayed (with sorting options via the arrow blocks):

  • Container prefix/number
  • Operator code
  • Status (expected/present/departed)
  • Weight
  • Location
  • Pincode
  • Document (yes/no)
  • Released (yes/no)
  • Blocked (yes/no)
  • Remarks

Wrong release number
If you entered a wrong release number and general permission is granted by the container operator to ECT to show brief container information to the public for specific container operator code(s), only the following container details wil be shown:

  • Operator code
  • Sizetype
  • Status (present/not present)
  • Location (terminal of ECT)

Correct release number
If you entered a correct release number then ectServiceColor can see extra detail information of containers for that specific container operator code(s).

By clicking at the container you can see the following extra container details:

  • Container status
  • Container details
    SizeType Temperature
    Length/height/type Min/max temperature
    Full/empty GenSet indication
    Gross weight in kg Blocked
    Out of Gauge Damages
    IMO code Released for import
    UNDG code Documents
    Seal  
  • Container arrival/departure information

Multiple selection
Use the ‘Multiple’ button to find the status of more then one container at the same time. A popup will be opened where you can type one or more containers (prefix/number) or can paste a list with containers. By clicking at the ‘Go’ button all information will be shown of the selected containers.
