Object Status 

This service shows you the current status of all objects at the terminals of ECT.

Authorisation
You can find this public service at the homepage of ECT.nl in menu ‘Tracing’ under the name ‘Object Status’ and after been registered and logged in under menu ‘My services’ and then ‘Tracking & tracing’.

To see more object detail information, like number of container discharged and loaded, you can request for authorisation for the service ‘Object Status Extra’ and the specific object operator code. Herefor you have to register to ECT.nl.
After requesting for authorisation the request will be send to the specific object operator and he/she will be handling your request. If you have been authorised for ‘Object Status Extra’ by the object operator a mail will be send to you.

Selection
You can make your own selection to obtain the information you are interested in, by means of the following items:

  • Object
  • Object operator
  • Terminal (All, Delta, Euromax, City, DDN, DDW, DDE, Hartelhaven, Rail Terminal RTW en ORT)
  • Modality (deepsea, barge, feeder, shortsea, rail)
  • Arrival after date
  • Departure before date
  • Expected / Cargo-window / Arrived / Active / Departed

The standard selection is: all objects, all operator codes, all terminals, all modalities and status arrived and active.

After making the selection and pushing the Go button the following data wil be displayed (with sorting options via the arrow blocks):

Terminal ECT terminal name. The terminals with the letter D at front are terminals part of the Delta Terminal at Europoort (Maasvlakte) with portnumber 8200. The City Terminal, nearer to the city of Rotterdam, with port number 2750. RTW and ORT are rail terminals at the Delta Terminal. The Euromax terminal has port number 8460.

Status Given the selected timeframe the status of the object; expected, arrived and departed

Cargo-window Shown ‘Yes’ if the current date is in cargo opening and closure period otherwise shown ‘No’

By clicking the object name the following detail information of the object will be displayed:

  • Object
  • Object operator code
  • Callsign
  • ECT object code
  • Modality (deepsea, barge, feeder or rail)
  • Customer voyage number (discharge/load)
  • ECT voyage number
  • Partners (all partners of object, with the possibility to update your voyage number)
  • Bollard from / to (only for deepsea, barge, feeder)
  • Vessel shore side (only for deepsea, barge, feeder)
  • Track number (only for rail)
  • Discharge/load direction (only for rail)
  • Cargo Opening (approximately 9 days before ETA)
  • Cargo Closing (approximately 6 hours before ETA)
  • Object Active (shown ‘yes’ if containers are discharged or loaded)
  • ETA (Expected Time of Arrival)
  • ATA (Actual Time of Arrival)
  • ETD (Expected Time of Departure)
  • ATD (Actual Time of Departure)

Extra detail information
If you are authorized for Object Status Extra the following extra details of an object will be shown:

  • Number of containers to be discharged/loaded per call planning
  • Preadvised number of containers to be discharged/loaded
  • Number of containers actually discharged/loaded
  • Number of containers still to be discharged/loaded
