Authorisation
To get this service you have to request for authorisation for the service ’Acceptance Order Empties City’ and a specific container operator code. Herefor you have to be registered to ECT.nl.

After you are authorised and logged in you can find this service under menu ‘My services’ and then ‘Orders’.

Selection
To submit an acceptance order to ECT you have to select a specific container operator code.
After that you can add a container list to the acceptance order with the following items:

Container prefix and number (mandatory)
SizeType (mandatory)
Acceptance Reference number (mandatory; automatically filled with container prefix and number)

Use the 'Add' button to add the container to the container list. You can change the container details by using the 'Edit' button en delete the container by using the 'Delete' button.

If you are ready you can submit the acceptance orders to ECT by clicking at the 'Submit' button.

The acceptance orders will be send in Edifact format to ECT and will be handled by our EDI Message Handling Software.

Multiple
To add more than one container at the same time use the 'Multiple' button. A window will appear where you can paste your list with containers. The container list must contain the following fields:

Container prefix
Container number
SizeType
Acceptance reference number

The container prefix must always be four characters long. It is possible to add a space between container prefix and container number, but this is not necessary (XXXX1234567 and XXXX 1234567 are both accepted). You must add a space between the other fields.
If you do not add a reference number but you filled in a reference number in the previous screen, that reference number will be the default. Otherwise the reference number will be default container prefix and number.
If you use a spreadsheet use columns for your container prefix and number, sizetype and reference number make a selection of your columns and copy/paste it into the ECT form.
To add your input list press the 'Add' button.
