Acceptance Order Overview 

With this service you can see which acceptance orders are send to the ECT-Delta terminal.

Authorisation
You will get this service automatically if you are authorised for the service ‘Acceptance Order Delta’. To get this service you have to request for authorisation for the service ’Acceptance Order Delta’ and a specific container operator code. Herefore you have to be registered to ECT.nl.
After requesting for authorisation the request will be send to the specific container operator and he/she will be handling your request. If you have been authorised by the container operator a mail will be send to you.

After you are authorised and logged in you can find the service ‘Acceptance Order Delta’ under menu ‘My services’ and then ‘Orders’ and ‘Acceptance Order Overview Delta’ under menu category ‘Orders Overviews’.

View
You will see a list of acceptance order files which you send to ECT-Delta. You can see more details by clicking on a filename.

Edifact
The acceptance orders will be send by edifact COPARN message to ECT-Delta. There is no conformation if the order is accepted by ECT or not. We will develop this in the future.
