Authorisation
To get this service you have to request for authorisation for the service ’Terminal Performance Reports’ and a specific container operator code. Herefor you have to be registered to ECT.nl.
After requesting for authorisation the request will be send to the specific container operator and he/she will be handling your request. If you have been authorised by the container operator a mail will be send to you.

After you are authorised and logged in you can find this service under menu ‘My services’ and then ‘Reports’.

Selection
You can make your own selection to obtain the information you are interested in, by means of the following items:

Object operator
Object

The standard selection for the chosen lists is: all object operators and all objects.

Get all
A TPR will be created by the terminal system after the object has been administratively completed.
Within one hour after creation the file will be available at the internet server.

After making the selection and clicking the ‘Go’ button the following data will be displayed (with sorting options via the arrow blocks):

Container operator code
Object operator code
Object name
Report type
ECT voyage number
Terminal
Creation date/time

The selected TPR will be shown in PDF * format for ECT-Delta/Euromax and SNP **format for the ECT-City.

This format enables you to 'leaf through' the file as if it was actually on your desk. To use this option, you may have to install the Acrobat Reader software, which you can get at the Adobe Internet site.

The Microsoft Snapshot Viewer enables you to view a report snapshot without having Microsoft Access 97 or Access 2000 or the run-time version of Microsoft Access on your computer.

In order to view the Snapshot files, you need to have the Snapshot Viewer on your computer. It is free from Microsoft, the size is about 1.8 megabytes. You click on that downloaded file and it will install itself after asking you to agree to the Microsoft license.
