Cannot log in 



You have to fill in exactly the username and password with small and capital letters.

If you do not know your ECT.nl accountname and password exactly, please contact the ECT Servicedesk by phone during office hours +31 181 27 8073 or via e-mail.



You can ask for a new password by first clicking at ‘Login’ and then ‘Request new password’.
After that you have to fill in your username and emailaddress of your ECT.nl account and then click at the button Submit. A new password will be send via email if your emailaddress is the same as your emailaddress of your ECT.nl account.

If you do not know your accountname and/or emailaddress of your ECT.nl account please contact the ECT Servicedesk by phone during office hours +31 181 27 8073 or via e-mail.



Your ECT.nl account is locked, because you did not accept the ECT disclaimer for five times.
Please contact the ECT Servicedesk by phone during office hours +31 181 27 8073 or via e-mail to unlock your ECT.nl account.



Common causes for the received temporary password not working properly are:
  • When copying/pasting the received temporary password, you unintentionally selected a blank space at the beginning and/or end of the textstring as well;
  • You may have mistyped your accountname (keep in mind that your accountname is also case-sensitive);
  • The above causes will result in the errormessage "Wrong username and/or password" when logging in.


Your browser may have a pop-up blocker installed and/or active which prevents the "new password" screen from loading properly. Contact your local IT departement for assistance. Or your account is locked, because you did not accept the dislaimer for five times. Contact ECT for assistance.
