FAQ - Registration / authorisation 


To get an user account for the website of ECT you have to fill in a register form. You can find the register form at the homepage of ECT.nl under the part 'Login for e-services'. And also in menu E-Services under 'Registration Request'.

After you are registered you receive an email and you can log in with your user id and password. After log in you can apply for authorisations for e-services of ECT.nl via menu 'Authorisations'. The phonenumber has to be 10 digits and starts with a landcode and without '-'.
For example: The Netherlands and phonenr 010-1811234 will be 31101811234.

After filling in the register form and clicking at the Submit button your registration request is send to ECT. Your request will be handled manual by the ECT Department Application Services within two workings days. You will be informed by email if your request is accepted or not. If your request is not handled within two days please contact the ECT Servicedesk by phone during office hours +31 181 27 8073 or via e-mail.
